The Windows PCI/907 driver file (WIN95VEC.EXE) may be downloaded from
the CalComp website (http://www.calcomp.com)
Self-extract the files by typing at the DOS prompt: WIN95VEC

Hardware Connection Requirements:
  PC Host Computer with an operational serial port (i.e. COM1, COM2).
  A straight through serial cable (50 ft. max), no wires are crossed.
  HP Plotter serial cables do not work with CalComp Plotters. Must
  have pins 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 20. Connect to plotter TO DTE HOST
  port.
  CalComp 104x Plotter must be connected to a PC directly for this
  configuration.  Network systems, serial buffer boxes, and/or plot
  spool programs may require different communication parameter
  settings.

1. Setup 104x Plotter:
   - Turn Dip Switches 2, 4, and 5 ON, set the rest off. (They are
     located at the back of the plotter).
   - Power ON the plotter. Install pen(s) in turret and place turret
     in the plotter. Load media.
   - Press SET UP button. Press 7 for I/O communications, then press
     ENTER button.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Parity and  Bits. Press 0 for NO PARITY,
     ENTER, and 8 for BITS, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Stop Bits and Clock, Press 1 for Stop Bits,
     ENTER, and 0 for Clock, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Interface Type. Press 0 for Serial, ENTER,
     00 for IEEE address, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Host Baud Rate and Mode. Enter 9600, ENTER,
     and 0 for PCI Mode, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Muting and Checksum. Press NO for muting,
     NO for Checksum.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Isochronous and EOM. Press NO for Isochronous,
     and 3 for EOM, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Direct Control and XON/XOFF. Press YES
     for Direct control NO for XON/XOFF.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for Term. Baud and Duplex. Enter 9600 for Baud,
     ENTER, 0 for full Duplex, ENTER.
   - Press NEXT and ENTER for SYNC Codes and Value. Press 1 for Syncs, ENTER,
     02 for Value, ENTER.
   - Press SAVE.
   - Choose User # then press ENTER.
   - Press Auto to plot.


2. Setup Win95 driver:
   - Start up Windows 95.
   - Click on the START button, click on SETTINGS, click on Printers.
   - Click on the CalComp 907 printer/plotter driver. (If the
     Windows 95 907/vector driver is not installed, install it now by
     selecting Add Printer, then Have Disk".  Enter the path that points to
     the disk directory where the Windows driver is located. Then
     follow the menu choices, selecting the CalComp 907 printer/plotter 
     driver. If the setup program indicates that the driver already  exists, 
     select Replace the Driver. When installation is done, click on
     the CalComp 907 printer/plotter driver).
   - Click on Set as Default from the File Menu Bar in the Printers window.
   - Click on Properties from the File Menu Bar in the Printers window.
   - Click on the Details tab.
   - Select the COM port that the plotter is connected to.
   - Choose Port Settings.
   - Set Bits per sec (Baud Rate) = 9600, Data bits = 8, Parity = None,
     Stop bits = 1, Flow control = Hardware.
   - Choose OK.
   - Choose Setup.
   - Choose CCP Vector Plotter 104x in the Select Printer field.
   - Choose paper size loaded in plotter.
   - Choose Assign Pens.
   - Assign screen colors to pen turret position numbers.
   - Choose OK in Pen Assignments.
   - Choose OK in Setup.
   - Choose OK in the Properties Window.
   - Close Printers.
   - Start Windows Application and print to the CalComp plotter.
