After removing media, plotter still displays: MEDIA JAM.

A. When a media jam occurs, the plotter will record the information in EEROM
memory. If the plotter power is turned off, the plotter will retain this
     information.

B. To resolve a media jam problem, the media should be removed from the
plotter when the power to the plotter is on. The plotter will clear the
media jam error message from the EEROM memory when it detects that the
     media has been removed.

     1. If a media jam error was detected and the media was removed from the
plotter when the power was turned off, the plotter may not be aware
that the media jam has been corrected. To remedy the problem,
          perform the following:

          i. Turn off the power to the plotter.

ii. Manually load the media into the plotter.

iii. Turn on the power to the plotter.
The plotter should still display: MEDIA JAM.

iv. Remove the media while the power is on.
Pull out or lower the Media Engage/Release Lever and remove
               the media.

          v. The MEDIA JAM error message should now be cleared.

vi. Raise the Media Engage/Release Lever and load the media.
