ACAD 14 `Extents` picks larger area than indicated

Symptom: ACAD 14 "Extents" picks larger area than indicated
There appears to be a problem in Acad14 when plotting extents. It seems to pick an area a little
larger than it used to. If drawing is at the limits of plottable area, this will cause it to clip the top
and right even in full preview, but partial preview will displays ok.
You can get around it by using "window". Type in the lower left and upper right co-ordinates of
the image. It will then display ok in full preview and plot ok.
Problem occurs with HPGL driver as well as with the CalComp driver. This should prove that it
is not a CalComp problem. Plotting "extents" works ok in Acad13.
Example:
34.5" x 23" rectangle drawing
In the plot window, select window
First corner put in x=0 y=0
Other corner put in x=34.5 y=23
