CalComp certifies that our products properly
handle century rollover calendar data. This
is based upon completed Year 2000 Compliance
testing on its peripheral products, which
include hardware, software and firmware.
Our test results confirm Year 2000
compliance for the products listed in this
document as delivered by CalComp to its
customers. The test results may not apply to
the Year 2000 compliance of products that
have been modified in any way by customers
or other third parties. Further, because
CalComp’s testing environment may differ
from customer specific configurations, the
customer must validate Year 2000 readiness
of the products as connected in customer’s
work environment.
The testing information herein and other
information on our Year 2000 Compliance
status is provided "as is" and without
further warranty of any kind.
CalComp makes no representations or
warranties, express or implied, as to Year
2000 compliance of equipment of customers,
vendors, suppliers and other third parties
to which CalComp’s products are connected
and with which CalComp’s products interact.
CalComp’s customers should contact the
vendors or manufacturers of products
furnished by third parties regarding whether
such products are and their operation in
conjunction with other equipment are Year
2000 compliant.
Historical products absent from the listing
herein are not presently supported by
CalComp and have not been tested.
CalComp's peripheral products fall into two
categories. Category I relate to products
where no date related processing occurs.
Category II identifies products that do have
internal date clocks.

CalComp models 7042 and 7054 featuring
CrystalJet inkjet technology include
on-board internal calendars. These models
have been programmed to properly handle
calendar tracking in accordance with the
UNIX time standard established in 1970.
