Unable to upload a file to the pub/incoming directory.

Trouble: Customer is unable to upload a file to the pub/incoming directory.

Probable cause: Clients may be unable to upload files to CalComp's FTP site at
http://ftp.calcomp.com for one of two reasons:

1	The browser is operating through a proxy server. or
2	He/she is using a browser that does not support file uploading.
(Microsoft Internet Explorer is an example.)

Solutions:
1.	If you are using your Netscape browser through a proxy server, it may be
possible to access the calcomp ftp server by setting the URL to
ftp://ftp.calcomp.com/pub/incoming/ Don't forget the "/" at the end.

2	If the above action does not resolve the problem, then we recommend using
an FTP uploading program rather than your browser. You may download RFTP
from our File Library. It is listed alphabetically in Utilities and in the Entire File
Library. Just click and download the file. You can download a README file also,
which explains how to set up the program to access CalComp's FTP site.
