Colors do not match the colors on the monitor.

A. The printer is an 8-bit device. Many monitors are 24-bit devices,
giving a wider selection of colors. Consequently, the printer will
physically not be able to match the monitor color.
B. The printer typically will print darker than the monitor screen. Note
the following:
1. To achieve a 3-pass (composite) black, the yellow, magenta, and
cyan passes are more saturated than normal.
2. Any color containing blue will print significantly darker than it
appears on the monitor screen.
C. One suggestion is to initially print an assortment of color swatches on
the printer to be able to have a visual reference of what the colors
will look like when printed.
