A.    Usually the image is not oriented properly. Note the following:

      1.    A-size media is loaded in sideways.  B-size is not.

      2.    If the paper is changed but the printer is not set to the correct
            image size, the printer will print incorrectly. Check the
            settings by performing the following:

            a.    With the printer displaying: ONLINE, press the ENTER key on
                  the printer. The printer will display: OFFLINE.

            b.    Press the Down Arrow key on the printer. The cursor on the
                  display will be on SETUPS.

            c.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The printer displays:
                  SETUPS with the cursor on USER.

            d.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The printer displays:
                  USER.

            e.    Press the Right Arrow key on the printer to move the cursor
                  to the PRINTER selection.

            f.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The IMAGE SIZE is
                  displayed. If it is incorrect, press the Right Arrow key
                  once, press the Down Arrow key on the printer until the
                  desired value is displayed, and press the ENTER key on the
                  printer to accept the selection.

            g.    Press the CLEAR key until the printer displays: ONLINE.
