A.    The Start Page, when enabled, will print an initial page when the unit
      is powered on, producing a test print page and information statistics.
      Included in the output is: the firmware version; the amount of memory
      in the printer; image size selected; ribbon type selected; serial
      communication settings (which may or may not be used); number of fonts;
      and page count. To disable/enable this feature, perform the following:

      1.    With the printer displaying: ONLINE, press the ENTER key on the
            printer. The printer will display: OFFLINE.

      2.    Press the Down Arrow key on the printer. The cursor on the
            display will be on SETUPS.

      3.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The printer displays: SETUPS
            with the cursor on USER.

      4.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The printer displays: USER.

      5.    Press the Right Arrow key on the printer to move the cursor to
            the PRINTER selection.

      6.    Press the ENTER key on the printer. The IMAGE SIZE is displayed.

      7.    Press the Down arrow key until the printer displays: START PAGE.
            To modify: press the Right Arrow key; press the Down Arrow key on
            the printer until the desired value is displayed; and press the
            ENTER key on the printer to accept the selection.

      8.    Press the CLEAR key until the printer displays: ONLINE.
