Plotter displays: INDEX COMMAND RECEIVED message.

A.    If you using AutoCad Release 13 for DOS or WINDOWS and your plotter
      displays an Index Command Received error:

      1.    This is a known bug in the DOS and WINDOWS versions of Release 13
            that did not exist in previous releases of AutoCad.  Version 5.5
            or higher of the ADI driver will correct the INDEX Error. The
            driver may be download the ADI (AutoDesk Device Interface) driver
            from the CalComp Web Site (http//:www.calcomp.com).

            a.    If you are using AutoCad 13 for DOS, the file name to
                  download is: PLPCCDOS.EXE.  This file, once downloaded, is
                  a self extracting file.  After extracting the files, copy
                  the PLPCC.EXP to the ACAD13\DRV directory.

            b.    If you are using AutoCad 13 for Windows, the file name to
                  download is: PLPCCWIN.EXE. This file, once downloaded, is a
                  self extracting file.  After extracting the files, copy the
                  new driver file named PLPCCR13.DLL to the ACAD13\WIN\DRV
                  directory.

            c.    There are setup instructions for configuring your plotter
                  and the plotter configuration menu in AutoCad on the
                  CalComp FAXBACK system.  FAXBACK is an automated  system
                  that offers helpful information free of charge.  All you
                  need is a telephone and a fax machine to use FAXBACK.  Pick
                  up your telephone and dial 714-821-2914.  When prompted for
                  a Document Number,  use your telephone's key pad to enter
                  Document #4060.  Give FAXBACK your fax machine's number and
                  you will receive instructions on how to setup your plotter
                  to work with AutoCAD 12 and 13 (DOS AND Windows versions).
