Request for printer and plotter technical help

CalGraph can provide service to you many ways:
 | You may call our Technical Support Department at 1-714-578-9292
to open a service or Technical Support call. A direct phone conversation usually
results in a much faster and more accurate solution. |
 | You may request that we open a service call by e-mail. We will then
contact you by phone to assist you with your printing or plotting problem. |
 | You may submit a request for e-mail support.
It is very difficult and time consuming to resolve a technical problem via e-mail, because
each problem is slightly different, and requires specific information that may be
overlooked, resulting in inaccurate or incomplete support. If you choose this method, you
should be prepared for a lengthy period of questions and answers. |
The fastest method is for you to call us, and open a service/support call. Please
gather all necessary information before calling. This will greatly shorten the time
required to process your call. If you have no warranty or service contract, and need
technical support, the charge will be $45.00 if you have a stand-alone computer, or $80.00
if network support is required. Onsite service rates, if required, are different.
For all methods, these restrictions apply:
 | Your CalComp product must be covered under warranty -- or -- you must have a service
contract covering your CalComp product. You can call 714-578-9292 for
information on obtaining a service contract.

 | We will make a best effort to respond to your request for help within 48 hours, not
counting Saturday or Sunday.

 | You must supply all required information on the form. The required fields contain an
asterisk(*). Please be certain that all required information is complete and accurate. |
