Using Win raster driver, output is elongated in X-axis (top-to-bottom) direction

Using Windows raster driver, output is elongated in the X-axis (top-to-bottom)
direction.

A. If the plotter has a monochrome cartridge installed, but the Windows
raster driver is configured for COLOR mapping, the output will be
elongated in the X-axis (top-to-bottom) direction. The y-axis
(left-to-right) direction will not be affected.

B. To remedy the problem, the driver settings should match the type of
cartridge being used. Perform the following:

      1. Determine what mapping option is being used in the Windows driver.

           a. If using Windows 3.1x, perform the following:

                i. From Program Manager, double-click on the MAIN icon.

ii. From the Main group, double-click on the CONTROL PANEL
                     icon.

iii. From the Control Panel, double-click on the PRINTERS
                     icon.

iv. From the Printers window, select the TechJET 720c 56xx
driver. Click on the SETUP button.

                v. The driver setup window is displayed. Click on the
                     COLOR tab.

vi. Observe the option button for MAP COLOR TO. A choice of:
COLOR, Grayscale, or Black may be selected.

           b. If using Windows 95, perform the following:

           be used).
